حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ بْنُ غَنَّامٍ، ثنا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، ثنا وَكِيعٌ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ، عَنْ سَلَمَةَ بْنِ كُهَيْلٍ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ الْعُرَنِيِّ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ: «مَا أَدْرِي أَكَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، يَقْرَأُ فِي الظُّهْرِ وَالْعَصْرِ أَمْ لَا، وَلَكِنَّا نَقْرَأُ»
Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) said: "I do not know whether the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) used to recite in Zuhr and Asr or not, but we do recite."
