Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 12502 — Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas

Sa'id bin Jubayr (may Allah have mercy on him) said: Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas and Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) testified before me that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade the dubba' (gourd vessels), the muqayyar and the muzaffat (pitch-coated vessels), and the hantam. I asked: What is the hantam? He said: "Every (baked) clay vessel."
