Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 1250 — the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو يَزِيدَ الْقَرَاطِيسِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ صَالِحٍ، حَدَّثَنِي اللَّيْثُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ، حَدَّثَنِي يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ سُهَيْلِ بْنِ أَبِي صَالِحٍ السَّمَّانِ، عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ، مِنْ بَنِي لَيْثٍ عَنْ تَمِيمٍ الدَّارِيِّ، عَنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّهُ قَالَ: «الدِّينُ النَّصِيحَةُ، الدِّينُ النَّصِيحَةُ، الدِّينُ النَّصِيحَةُ» ، قَالُوا: لِمَنْ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ؟ قَالَ: «لِلَّهِ، وَلِكِتَابِهِ، وَلِرَسُولِهِ، وَلِأَئِمَّةِ الْمُسْلِمِينَ، وَالْمُؤْمِنِينَ، وَعَامَّتِهِمْ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Tamim al-Dari (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The religion is sincere goodwill (nasihah); the religion is sincere goodwill; the religion is sincere goodwill." The Companions said: To whom, O Messenger of Allah? He (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "To Allah, to His Book, to His Messenger, to the leaders of the Muslims, and to the believers in general."
