Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 1251 — the Prophet ﷺ said three times

حَدَّثَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ الْمُتَوَكِّلِ الْبَغْدَادِيُّ، ثنا عَفَّانُ، أَنَا وُهَيْبٌ، عَنْ سُهَيْلِ بْنِ أَبِي صَالِحٍ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ عَطَاءَ بْنَ يَزِيدَ، يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ تَمِيمٍ الدَّارِيِّ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «الدِّينُ النَّصِيحَةُ ثَلَاثًا» ، قُلْتُ: لِمَنْ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ؟ قَالَ: «لِلَّهِ، وَلِكِتَابِهِ، وَلِرَسُولِهِ، وَلِأَئِمَّةِ الْمُسْلِمِينَ، وَعَامَّتِهِمْ»
Sayyiduna Tamim al-Dari (may Allah be pleased with him) said that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said three times: "The religion is sincere goodwill (nasihah)." I said: "To whom, O Messenger of Allah?" He (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "To Allah, to His Book, to His Messenger, to the leaders of the Muslims, and to the Muslims in general."
