Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 1249 — the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said

حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ، ثنا أَبُو النَّعِيمِ، ثنا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ سُهَيْلِ بْنِ أَبِي صَالِحٍ، عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ اللَّيْثِيِّ، عَنْ تَمِيمٍ الدَّارِيِّ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «إِنَّمَا الدِّينُ النَّصِيحَةُ، إِنَّمَا الدِّينُ النَّصِيحَةُ، إِنَّمَا الدِّينُ النَّصِيحَةُ» ، قِيلَ: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ لِمَنْ؟ قَالَ: «لِلَّهِ، وَلِكِتَابِهِ، وَأَئِمَّةِ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ، وَعَامَّتِهِمْ»
Sayyiduna Tamim al-Dari (may Allah be pleased with him) said that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The religion is nothing but sincere goodwill (nasihah); the religion is nothing but sincere goodwill; the religion is nothing but sincere goodwill." It was said: O Messenger of Allah, to whom? He (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "To Allah, to His Book, to the leaders of the Muslims, and to the Muslims in general."
