حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ رِشْدِينَ، ثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ صَالِحٍ، ثنا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ، أَخْبَرَنِي عَمْرُو بْنُ الْحَارِثِ، عَنْ عَبْدِ رَبِّهِ بْنِ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ مَخْرَمَةَ بْنِ سُلَيْمَانَ، عَنْ كُرَيْبٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، قَالَ: بِتُّ عِنْدَ مَيْمُونَةَ وَكَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عِنْدَهَا تِلْكَ اللَّيْلَةَ، «فَتَوَضَّأَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَقَامَ يُصَلِّي، فَقُمْتُ عَنْ يَسَارِهِ فَأَخَذَنِي فَجَعَلَنِي عَنْ يَمِينِهِ، فَصَلَّى تِلْكَ اللَّيْلَةَ ثَلَاثَ عَشْرَةَ رَكْعَةً، ثُمَّ نَامَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ حَتَّى نَفَخَ، وَكَانَ إِذَا نَامَ نَفَخَ، ثُمَّ أَتَاهُ الْمُؤَذِّنُ فَخَرَجَ وَصَلَّى، وَلَمْ يَتَوَضَّأْ»
Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates: I stayed the night with Sayyidah Maymunah (may Allah be pleased with her), and the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) was with her that night. the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) performed ablution and stood for prayer, so I stood on his left side ((peace and blessings be upon him)), and he ((peace and blessings be upon him)) took hold of me and made me stand on his right side, and that night he prayed thirteen rak'ahs. Then the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) slept until he began to snore, and whenever he ((peace and blessings be upon him)) slept he would snore. Then the mu'adhdhin came, so he ((peace and blessings be upon him)) went out and led the prayer without performing ablution.
