Miqsam from Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him)
Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 12013 — a man came to the Prophet ﷺ and said

حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ، ثنا هُدْبَةُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ، ثنا حَمَّادُ بْنُ الْجَعْدٍ، ثنا قَتَادَةُ، حَدَّثَنِي الْحَكَمُ بْنُ عُتَيْبَةَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْحَمِيدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، عَنْ مِقْسَمٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «أَنَّ رَجُلًا أَتَى نَبِيَّ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَزَعَمَ أَنَّهُ وَقَعَ عَلَى امْرَأَتِهِ وَهِيَ حَائِضٌ فَأَمَرَهُ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنْ يَتَصَدَّقَ بِدِينَارٍ فَإِنْ لَمْ يَجِدْ فَبِنِصْفِ دِينَارٍ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) that a man came to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) and said that he had had intercourse with his wife while she was menstruating. So the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) ordered him to give one dinar in charity, and if he could not find it, then half a dinar.
