Miqsam from Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him)
Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 12012 — the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: Whatever
حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ أَبُو سَعْدٍ الْهَرَوِيُّ، وَجَعْفَرُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْفِرْيَابِيُّ، قَالَا: ثنا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ رَاهَوَيْهِ، أَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ أَيُّوبَ، عَنْ أَبِي حَمْزَةَ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ، عَنْ شِبْلِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْحَمِيدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، عَنْ مِقْسَمٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، عَنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «مَا تَحْتَ الْكَعْبَيْنِ مِنَ الْإِزَارِ فَفِي النَّارِ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whatever of the lower garment is below the ankles is in the Fire."
