Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 10925 — the Prophet ﷺ said: Ruqba and umra

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَضْرَمِيُّ، ثنا أَبُو كُرَيْبٍ، ثنا مُعَاوِيَةُ بْنُ هِشَامٍ، ثنا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ لَيْثٍ، عَنْ طَاوُسٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «لَا يَحِلُّ الرُّقْبَى، وَلَا الْعُمْرَى فَمَنْ أُرْقِبَ شَيْئًا أَوْ أُعْمِرَ شَيْئًا فَهُوَ لَهُ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Ruqba and umra (as conditions) are not permissible; so whoever is given something as ruqba or umra, it becomes his (permanently)."
