علي بن عبد الله بن عباس عن أبيه
Ali bin Abdullah bin Abbas from his father
Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 10638 — the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: Indeed
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَضْرَمِيُّ، ثنا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ الْكِنْدِيُّ، ثنا الْمُغِيرَةُ بْنُ جَمِيلٍ الْكِنْدِيُّ، ثنا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ عَلِيِّ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي، عَنْ جَدِّي، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «إِنَّ الْوَلَاءَ لَيْسَ بِمُنْتَقِلٍ، وَلَا مُتَحَوِّلٍ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Indeed, wala' (the inheritance right arising from freeing a slave) is neither transferred nor changed."
