Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 10618 — the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: Love
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ حَنْبَلٍ، حَدَّثَنِي يَحْيَى بْنُ مَعِينٍ، ثنا هِشَامُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ، أنا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ النَّوْفَلِيُّ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ الْعَبَّاسِ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «أَحِبُّوا اللهَ لِمَا يَغْذُوكُمْ مِنْ نِعَمِهِ، وَأَحِبُّونِي لِحُبِّ اللهِ، وَأَحَبُّوا أَهْلَ بَيْتِي لِحُبِّي»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Love Allah for the blessings with which He nourishes you, love me for the love of Allah, and love the people of my household (Ahl al-Bayt) for the love of me."
