It is narrated from Sayyiduna Sa'd bin Abi Waqqas (may Allah be pleased with him) that he said: "There is no death that is dearer to me than that I be killed (unjustly) as one wronged."
Al-Tayalisi (may Allah have mercy on him) recorded this report in his Musnad.

It is narrated from Aishah bint Talhah (may Allah have mercy on her) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Beware of the (curse) supplication of Sa'd (bin Abi Waqqas (may Allah be pleased with him)) (and avoid angering him, for his supplications are answered)."
Al-Harith recorded this hadith in his Musnad; however, in its chain the narrator Abd al-Aziz bin Aban is matruk (abandoned) in hadith, and it contains an anonymous, unidentified narrator referred to with the words "a shaykh of ours", because of which this narration is da'if (weak) in terms of its chain.
