وَقَالَ عَبْدٌ : حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، أَنْبَأَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ حَفْصٍ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَامِرِ بْنِ رَبِيعَةَ قَالَ : إِنَّ امْرَأَةً كَانَتْ تَلْقُطُ الْقَصَبَ وَالْأَذَى مِنَ الْمَسْجِدِ ، فَمَرَّ رَسُولُ اللهِ - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - بِقَبْرِهَا فَصَلَّى عَلَيْهَا .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Amir bin Rabi'ah (may Allah be pleased with him) that a woman used to clean the mosque by picking up straw and other harmful things (rubbish) from it. Then once the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) passed by her grave and he (peace and blessings be upon him) (stopping there) offered her funeral prayer.
