وَقَالَ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مَنِيعٍ : حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَبِي حُمَيْدٍ ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ كَعْبٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ - رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ - قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - : مَنْ جَلَسَ عَلَى قَبْرٍ يَتَغَوَّطُ ، أَوْ يَبُولُ ، فَكَأَنَّمَا جَلَسَ عَلَى جَمْرَةٍ .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever sits on a grave in order to relieve himself or urinate, it is as though (because of the gravity and ugliness of this act) he sat on a burning ember of fire."
Imam Ahmad bin Mani' (may Allah have mercy on him) recorded this narration through Hammad bin Khalid, Muhammad bin Abi Humayd and Muhammad bin Ka'b from Sayyiduna Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him).
