حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ الشَّاذَكُونِيُّ ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ أَبِي الْهَيْثَمِ ، حَدَّثَنَا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ عَطَاءٍ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ - رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُمَا - عَنِ الْفَضْلِ - رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ - قَالَ : كُفِّنَ رَسُولُ اللهِ - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - فِي ثَوْبَيْنِ أَبْيَضَيْنِ سَحُولِيَّيْنِ .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna al-Fadl bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) that he said: "The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) was shrouded in two white Sahuli garments (fine cotton cloth made in Sahul, a town in Yemen)."
