وَقَالَ أَبُو بَكْرٍ : حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللهِ بْنُ مُوسَى ، حَدَّثَنَا أُسَامَةُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ - رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ - قَالَ : لَمَّا كَانَ يَوْمُ أُحُدٍ كُفِّنَ حَمْزَةُ - رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ - فِي نَمِرَةٍ ، إِذَا خَمَّرَ رَأْسَهُ بَدَتْ رِجْلَاهُ ، وَإِذَا خُمِّرَ رِجْلَاهُ بَدَا رَأْسُهُ .
802 \ 2 - وَقَالَ أَبُو يَعْلَى : حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ ، بِهَذَا .

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Anas (may Allah be pleased with him): "On the day of the Battle of Uhud, Sayyiduna Hamzah (may Allah be pleased with him) was shrouded in a striped woollen sheet, which was such that when his blessed head was covered with it, his feet were uncovered, and when his feet were covered with it, his blessed head was exposed."
Imam Abu Ya'la also recorded this same narration with his chain through Abu Bakr bin Abi Shaybah.
