وَقَالَ أَبُو بَكْرٍ : حَدَّثَنَا الْفَضْلُ بْنُ دُكَيْنٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا زُهَيْرٌ ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ ، حَدَّثَنِي رَجُلٌ : أَنَّهُ رَأَى النَّبِيَّ - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - يُصَلِّي يَوْمَ الْفِطْرِ بَيْنَ الْحَجَرَيْنِ .
قَالَ أَبُو إِسْحَاقَ : حَيْثُ يُبَاعُ الطَّعَامُ .

It is narrated from a man that he saw the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) "performing the prayer on the day of Eid al-Fitr in the place between the two rocks."
Imam Abu Ishaq (may Allah have mercy on him), explaining this place, said: "It is the place where grain and food provisions used to be sold."
