It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ubadah bin al-Samit (may Allah be pleased with him) that he said: "Indeed the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him), while on a journey, recited Surah al-Tin, 'By the fig and the olive' [Surah al-Tin: 1], in the Isha prayer."
This report is munqati' (broken) at two places in its chain; however, a supporting report (shahid) for it exists in the Sahih from the narration of Sayyiduna al-Bara' bin Azib (may Allah be pleased with them both).
