قَالَ أَبُو بَكْرٍ : حَدَّثَنَا زَيْدُ بْنُ الْحُبَابِ ، ثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ عُبَيْدَةَ ، حَدَّثَنِي صَدَقَةُ بْنُ يَسَارٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ - رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُمَا - ، قَالَ : هَذِهِ السُّورَةُ نَزَلَتْ عَلَى رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَوْسَطَ أَيَّامِ التَّشْرِيقِ بِمِنًى ، وَهُوَ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي حَجَّةِ الْوَدَاعِ : إِذَا جَاءَ نَصْرُ اللهِ وَالْفَتْحُ - حَتَّى خَتَمَهَا ; فَعَرَفَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّهُ الْوَدَاعُ . الْحَدِيثَ .
3787 \ 2 - وَقَالَ عَبْدٌ : حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ ، بِطُولِهِ .
3787 \ 3 - وَقَالَ أَبُو يَعْلَى : حَدَّثَنَا زُهَيْرٌ - هُوَ ابْنُ حَرْبٍ - ، ثَنَا بُهْلُولٌ - هُوَ ابْنُ مُوَرِّقٍ - ، ثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ عُبَيْدَةَ ، حَدَّثَنِي صَدَقَةُ بْنُ يَسَارٍ ، وَعَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ دِينَارٍ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ - رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُمَا - ، بِطُولِهِ .
3787 \ 2 - وَقَالَ عَبْدٌ : حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ ، بِطُولِهِ .
3787 \ 3 - وَقَالَ أَبُو يَعْلَى : حَدَّثَنَا زُهَيْرٌ - هُوَ ابْنُ حَرْبٍ - ، ثَنَا بُهْلُولٌ - هُوَ ابْنُ مُوَرِّقٍ - ، ثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ عُبَيْدَةَ ، حَدَّثَنِي صَدَقَةُ بْنُ يَسَارٍ ، وَعَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ دِينَارٍ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ - رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُمَا - ، بِطُولِهِ .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that he said: "This surah, 'When the help of Allah and the victory come' [Surah al-Nasr: 1-3], was revealed to the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) during the Farewell Hajj at Mina, in the middle of the days of Tashriq (the middle days). He (peace and blessings be upon him) recited it to the end; and the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) understood that it was the news of his departure from this world, that is, the farewell."
Imam Abu Bakr bin Abi Shaybah narrated this hadith through the chain of Zayd bin al-Hubab; Abd bin Humayd also transmitted it in full from Abu Bakr; and Imam Abu Ya'la recorded it through the chain of Zuhayr bin Harb, via Buhlul bin Muwarriq, from Musa bin Ubaydah, in which he narrated it in full from both Sadaqah bin Yasar and Abdullah bin Dinar.
