It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) concerning the explanation of the saying of Allah Almighty: a whirlwind containing fire [Surah al-Baqarah: 266], that he said: "The word al-I'sar means a severe, violent windstorm or whirlwind that is extremely fierce in its force and speed."
Imam Abu Ya'la transmitted this report in his Musnad; however, because the narrator Muhammad bin al-Sa'ib al-Kalbi in its chain is a liar and matruk (abandoned), this report is very weak in its chain and cannot be used as proof.
