قَالَ أَبُو يَعْلَى : حَدَّثَنَا مُجَاهِدُ بْنُ مُوسَى ، نَبَا مَكِّيٌّ هُوَ ابْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ( ح ) .
وَحَدَّثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ الصَّبَّاحِ وَأَبُو خَيْثَمَةَ قَالَا : ثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ ، كِلَاهُمَا ، عَنْ مُوسَى بْنِ عُبَيْدَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرِ بْنِ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ بْنِ أَنَسٍ ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ أَنَسٍ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " مَنْ هَمَّ بِحَسَنَةٍ كَتَبَهَا اللهُ تَعَالَى لَهُ حَسَنَةً ، فَإِنْ عَمِلَهَا كُتِبَتْ لَهُ عَشْرَ حَسَنَاتٍ ، وَمَنْ هَمَّ بِسَيِّئَةٍ لَمْ تُكْتَبْ عَلَيْهِ حَتَّى يَعْمَلَهَا ، فَإِنْ عَمِلَهَا كُتِبَتْ لَهُ سَيِّئَةً ، وَإِنْ تَرَكَهَا كُتِبَتْ لَهُ حَسَنَةً يَقُولُ اللهُ تَبَارَكَ وَتَعَالَى : إِنَّمَا تَرَكَهَا مِنْ مَخَافَتِي " .

3314 \ 2 - وَقَالَ الْحَارِثُ : حَدَّثَنَا يَعْلَى ، ثَنَا عَبْدُ الْحَكَمِ ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ : إِنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ : " مَنْ هَمَّ بِحَسَنَةٍ فَعَمِلَهَا كُتِبَتْ لَهُ عَشْرُ حَسَنَاتٍ ، فَإِنْ لَمْ يَعْمَلْهَا كُتِبَتْ لَهُ حَسَنَةٌ وَاحِدَةٌ ، وَإِنْ هَمَّ بِسَيِّئَةٍ فَعَمِلَهَا كُتِبَتْ عَلَيْهِ سَيِّئَةٌ وَاحِدَةٌ ، فَإِنْ لَمْ يَعْمَلْهَا لَمْ يُكْتَبْ عَلَيْهِ شَيْءٌ " .
وَحَدَّثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ الصَّبَّاحِ وَأَبُو خَيْثَمَةَ قَالَا : ثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ ، كِلَاهُمَا ، عَنْ مُوسَى بْنِ عُبَيْدَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرِ بْنِ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ بْنِ أَنَسٍ ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ أَنَسٍ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " مَنْ هَمَّ بِحَسَنَةٍ كَتَبَهَا اللهُ تَعَالَى لَهُ حَسَنَةً ، فَإِنْ عَمِلَهَا كُتِبَتْ لَهُ عَشْرَ حَسَنَاتٍ ، وَمَنْ هَمَّ بِسَيِّئَةٍ لَمْ تُكْتَبْ عَلَيْهِ حَتَّى يَعْمَلَهَا ، فَإِنْ عَمِلَهَا كُتِبَتْ لَهُ سَيِّئَةً ، وَإِنْ تَرَكَهَا كُتِبَتْ لَهُ حَسَنَةً يَقُولُ اللهُ تَبَارَكَ وَتَعَالَى : إِنَّمَا تَرَكَهَا مِنْ مَخَافَتِي " .

3314 \ 2 - وَقَالَ الْحَارِثُ : حَدَّثَنَا يَعْلَى ، ثَنَا عَبْدُ الْحَكَمِ ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ : إِنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ : " مَنْ هَمَّ بِحَسَنَةٍ فَعَمِلَهَا كُتِبَتْ لَهُ عَشْرُ حَسَنَاتٍ ، فَإِنْ لَمْ يَعْمَلْهَا كُتِبَتْ لَهُ حَسَنَةٌ وَاحِدَةٌ ، وَإِنْ هَمَّ بِسَيِّئَةٍ فَعَمِلَهَا كُتِبَتْ عَلَيْهِ سَيِّئَةٌ وَاحِدَةٌ ، فَإِنْ لَمْ يَعْمَلْهَا لَمْ يُكْتَبْ عَلَيْهِ شَيْءٌ " .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Anas bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever firmly intends a good deed, Allah Almighty writes one good deed for him, and if he then carries it out, ten good deeds are recorded for him. And whoever intends an evil deed, it is not written in his record until he does it; if he commits it, only one sin is written against him, but if he abandons it despite having intended it, one good deed is written for him. Allah, the Blessed and Exalted, says: 'He abandoned it only out of fear of Me.'"
This is the wording of Mujahid bin Musa's narration.
Imam al-Harith narrated through Ya'la from Sayyiduna Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever intends a good deed and also acts upon it, ten good deeds are written for him; and if he does not act upon it, one good deed is written for him. And whoever intends an evil deed and then commits it, only one sin is written against him; but if he does not act upon it, nothing at all is written against him."
