قَالَ عَبْدٌ : حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللهِ بْنُ مُوسَى ، ثَنَا مُبَارَكُ بْنُ حَسَّانَ ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُمَا قَالَ : قِيلَ : يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ ، أَيُّ جُلَسَائِنَا خَيْرٌ ؟ قَالَ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " مَنْ ذَكَّرَكُمْ بِاللهِ رُؤْيَتُهُ ، وَزَادَ فِي عِلْمِكُمْ مَنْطِقُهُ ، وَذَكَّرَكُمْ بِالْآخِرَةِ عَمَلُهُ " .
3246 \ 2 - وَقَالَ أَبُو يَعْلَى : حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ عُمَرَ بْنِ أَبَانَ ، ثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ هَاشِمِ بْنِ الْبَرِيدِ ، عَنْ مُبَارَكِ بْنِ حَسَّانَ ، بِهِ .
3246 \ 2 - وَقَالَ أَبُو يَعْلَى : حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ عُمَرَ بْنِ أَبَانَ ، ثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ هَاشِمِ بْنِ الْبَرِيدِ ، عَنْ مُبَارَكِ بْنِ حَسَّانَ ، بِهِ .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) that it was said to the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him): O Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him)! Which of our companions in sitting is best? He (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The one whose sight reminds you of Allah, whose speech adds to your knowledge, and whose deeds remind you of the Hereafter."
