وَقَالَ الْحَارِثُ : حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْكَرِيمِ ، حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ عَقِيلٍ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ وَهْبٍ يَعْنِي ابْنَ مُنَبِّهٍ قَالَ : سَأَلْتُ جَابِرًا رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ : هَلْ فِي الْمُصَلِّينَ مِنْ طَوَاغِيتَ ؟ قَالَ : لَا ، وَسَأَلْتُهُ هَلْ فِيهِمْ مُشْرِكٌ ؟ قَالَ : لَا .
It is narrated from Wahb bin Munabbih that he asked Sayyiduna Jabir bin Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with him): "Is there any taghut (an extreme transgressor or one who calls to falsehood) among those who pray?" He replied: "No." Then I asked him: "Is there any polytheist among them?" He replied: "No."
