Al-Matalib al-'Aliyah 291 — The times in which prayer is prohibited

[ وَقَالَ] إِسْحَاقُ ، أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَامِرٍ الْعَقَدِيُّ ، ثَنَا زُهَيْرٌ - وَهُوَ ابْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ - ، عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ خُصَيْفَةَ ، عَنْ سَلَمَةَ بْنِ الْأَكْوَعِ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ ، قَالَ : كُنْتُ أُسَافِرُ مَعَ رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَمَا رَأَيْتُهُ صَلَّى بَعْدَ الْعَصْرِ وَلَا بَعْدَ الصُّبْحِ .
291 \ 2 - وَقَالَ أَبُو بَكْرٍ : حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ أَبِي بُكَيْرٍ ، ثَنَا زُهَيْرٌ بِهِ .
هَذَا الْإِسْنَادُ حَسَنٌ .

هَذَا الْإِسْنَادُ حَسَنٌ .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Salamah bin al-Akwa' (may Allah be pleased with him) that he said: "I used to travel with the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him), and I never saw him offer (a voluntary) prayer after the Asr prayer or after the dawn (Fajr) prayer."
Imam Abu Bakr said: Yahya bin Abi Bukayr narrated this same hadith to us through Zuhayr.
This chain is of the hasan (good) grade.
