حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ ، عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ ، عَنِ ابْنِ ابْنَةِ حُذَيْفَةَ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ ، قَالَ : كَانَ نَقْشُ خَاتَمِ حُذَيْفَةَ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ كُرْكِيَّانِ مُتَقَابِلَانِ وَبَيْنَهُمَا : الْحَمْدُ لِلهِ " .
It is narrated from a maternal grandson of Sayyiduna Hudhayfah (may Allah be pleased with him) that he said: "The engraving on the ring of Sayyiduna Hudhayfah (may Allah be pleased with him) was two cranes facing each other, and between them was written 'Al-hamdu lillah' (All praise is for Allah)."
