حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ أَبِي عَرُوبَةَ ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : شَهَادَةُ الصَّبِيِّ عَلَى الصَّبِيِّ ، وَشَهَادَةُ الْعَبْدِ عَلَى الْعَبْدِ جَائِزَةٌ .
It is narrated from Imam al-Hasan al-Basri (may Allah have mercy on him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The testimony of a child against a child, and the testimony of a slave against a slave, is acceptable."
