حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُمَرَ ، ثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ الْفَضْلِ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ أَبِي غَطَفَانَ ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ يَقُولُ : لِلْفَرَسِ سَهْمٌ لِلْعَرَبِيِّ وَالْعَجَمِيِّ سَوَاءٌ .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) that he said: "A share (of the spoils of war) is fixed for the horse, and in this ruling the horse of Arab breed and that of non-Arab breed are equal."
