حَدَّثَنِي بِشْرُ بْنُ عُمَرَ ، ثَنَا عِكْرِمَةُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ ، حَدَّثَنِي عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ : " هَدَمَ الْمُتْعَةَ النِّكَاحُ ، وَالطَّلَاقُ ، وَالْمِيرَاثُ " . هَكَذَا قَالَ بِشْرُ بْنُ عُمَرَ .
It is narrated from Abdullah bin Sa'id (may Allah have mercy on him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "(The rulings of) marriage, divorce and inheritance have ended the standing of mut'ah (temporary marriage) and abrogated it."
