وَقَالَ أَبُو بَكْرٍ : حَدَّثَنَا جَعْفَرُ بْنُ عَوْنٍ ، ثَنَا رَبِيعَةُ بْنُ عُثْمَانَ ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ يَحْيَى بْنِ حَبَّانَ ، عَنْ نَهَارٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ : إِنَّ رَجُلًا أَتَى بِابْنَةٍ لَهُ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالَ : يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ ، هَذِهِ ابْنَتِي ، وَأَبَتْ أَنْ تَتَزَوَّجَ ، فَقَالَ لَهَا رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " أَطِيعِي أَبَاكِ " . كُلُّ ذَلِكَ تَرَدُّ عَلَيْهِ مَقَالَتَهُ ، فَقَالَتْ : وَالَّذِي بَعَثَكَ بِالْحَقِّ ، لَا أَتَزَوَّجُ حَتَّى تُخْبِرَنِي : مَا حَقُّ الزَّوْجِ عَلَى امْرَأَتِهِ ؟ فَقَالَ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " لَوْ كَانَ بِهِ قَرْحٌ ، أَوِ ابْتَدَرَ مَنْخِرَاهُ دَمًا وَصَدِيدًا ، ثُمَّ لَحَسْتِيهِ بِلِسَانِكِ - مَا أَدَّيْتِ حَقَّهُ " . فَقَالَتْ : وَالَّذِي بَعَثَكَ بِالْحَقِّ لَا أَتَزَوَّجُ أَبَدًا ، فَقَالَ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " لَا تُنْكِحُونَهُنَّ إِلَّا بِإِذْنِهِنَّ " .
1668 \ 2 - أَخْرَجَهُ الْبَزَّارُ مِنْ حَدِيثِ جَعْفَرٍ ، وَقَالَ : لَا نَعْلَمُهُ يُرْوَى إِلَّا بِهَذَا الْإِسْنَادِ ، وَلَا رَوَاهُ عَنْ رَبِيعَةَ إِلَّا جَعْفَرٌ ، انْتَهَى . وَصَحَّحَهُ ابْنُ حِبَّانَ ، وَالْحَاكِمُ .
1668 \ 2 - أَخْرَجَهُ الْبَزَّارُ مِنْ حَدِيثِ جَعْفَرٍ ، وَقَالَ : لَا نَعْلَمُهُ يُرْوَى إِلَّا بِهَذَا الْإِسْنَادِ ، وَلَا رَوَاهُ عَنْ رَبِيعَةَ إِلَّا جَعْفَرٌ ، انْتَهَى . وَصَحَّحَهُ ابْنُ حِبَّانَ ، وَالْحَاكِمُ .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Sa'id al-Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) that a man brought his daughter to the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) and said: "O Messenger of Allah, this is my daughter, and she refuses to marry." At this the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said to the girl: "Obey your father." The girl kept insisting on her words again and again, and said: "By the One who sent you with the truth! I will not marry until you tell me what the husband's right over his wife is." He (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "If the husband had a wound on his body, or blood and pus were flowing from his nostrils, and you licked it clean with your tongue, even then you would not have fulfilled his right." On hearing this she said: "By the One who sent you with the truth! I will never marry." Then the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Do not marry these women off without their permission."
Imam al-Bazzar narrated this hadith through Ja'far and said: To our knowledge it is narrated only through this chain, and only Ja'far narrated it from Rabi'ah. Further, Imam Ibn Hibban and Imam al-Hakim declared this report sahih (authentic).
