It is narrated from Sayyiduna Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) that a woman came into the prophetic presence and said: O Messenger of Allah! I have a daughter who has such-and-such qualities, and she mentioned her beauty and charm, so he (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "I have accepted her."
If Allah Almighty wills, this narration will soon come in the 'Book of the Expiations of Illness'.
Also it is narrated from Sayyiduna al-Fadl bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) that a Bedouin had a beautiful daughter with him, and he began presenting her to the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) (for marriage).
This has already been mentioned in the chapter on the rulings of looking.
Imam Abu Bakr has reported with his chain from Sayyiduna Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) that a woman came into the blessed presence of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) and said: O Messenger of Allah! I have a daughter who has such-and-such virtues; then, mentioning her beauty and charm, she said that I offer her to you in marriage. He (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "I have accepted her." She kept on praising her daughter until she even mentioned that she had never had a headache nor ever complained of any ailment in her life. On hearing this the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "I have no need of your daughter."
Imam Abu Ya'la also narrated it in the same way with his chain.
