أَبُو يَعْلَى حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عُبَيْدَةَ بْنُ الفضيل بْنِ عِيَاضٍ ثنا مالك بن سعير عَنِ الْأَجْلَحِ عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ فَذَكَرَهُ لَكِنْ زَادَ وَلَا أُرَاهُ إِلَّا قَدْ رَفَعَهُ
Imam Abu Ya'la (may Allah have mercy on him) mentioned this same narration (with his own chain) from Abu al-Zubayr, but with this addition: (The narrator said:) "My view is that he narrated it as marfu' (attributed to the Prophet)."
