Al-Matalib al-'Aliyah 120 — Things that nullify wudu

Maymun bin Mihran narrates from a man who saw Sayyiduna Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him): "He put his finger into his nose, and it came out smeared with blood, or with a trace of blood on it; then he prayed (in that state)."
Explanation: In the chain of this report (athar) one narrator is unnamed (unknown); however, it supports the position that a little blood coming out of the body does not invalidate ablution.
