وَقَالَ أَبُو يَعْلَى : حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ هُوَ ابْنُ وَكِيعٍ ، ثَنَا أَبِي ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ بْنِ أَبِي حُمَيْدٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي مَلِيحٍ ، حَدَّثَنِي مَعْقِلُ بْنُ يَسَارٍ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ ، قَالَ : حَجَجْتُ مَعَ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَوَجَدَ عَائِشَةَ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهَا تَنْزِعُ ثِيَابَهَا ، فَقَالَ : مَا لَكِ ؟ قَالَتْ : أُنْبِئْتُ أَنَّكَ أَحْلَلْتَ أَهْلَكَ ، قَالَ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : أَجَلْ مَنْ لَيْسَ مَعَهُ بَدَنَةٌ ، فَأَمَّا نَحْنُ فَلَمْ نَحِلَّ ، إِنَّ مَعَنَا بُدْنًا ، حَتَّى نَبْلُغَ عَرَفَاتٍ .
Imam Abu Ya'la (may Allah have mercy on him) narrated with his chain that Sayyiduna Ma'qil bin Yasar (may Allah be pleased with him) states: I made the journey of Hajj with the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him). (At one stage) he (peace and blessings be upon him) found Sayyidah Aishah (may Allah be pleased with her) taking off her (ihram) clothes, and he (peace and blessings be upon him) asked: "What is the matter with you?" She submitted: "I have been informed that you have permitted your family to leave ihram." The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Yes, (this concession) is for the one who does not have a sacrificial camel with him; but as for us, we have not yet left ihram, because we have sacrificial animals with us, until we reach Arafat."
