قَالَ : وَحَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ زُرَيْعٍ ، ثَنَا ابْنُ عَوْنٍ ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ ، قَالَ : إِذَا ذَرَعَهُ الْقَيْءُ لَمْ يُفْطِرْ ، وَإِذَا تَقَيَّأَ أَفْطَرَ .
Yazid bin Zuray' narrated to us, from Ibn Awn, from Imam al-Hasan al-Basri (may Allah have mercy on him), that he said (regarding vomiting while fasting): "If a person vomits involuntarily (on his own), his fast is not broken; but if he makes himself vomit deliberately, his fast is broken."
