بَابُ احْتِقَارِ الْعَبْدِ عَمَلَهُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ .

عَنْ جَابِرٍ قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - : " مَا فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ السَّبْعِ مَوْضِعُ قَدَمٍ ، وَلَا شِبْرٌ ، وَلَا كَفٌّ إِلَّا وَفِيهِ مَلَكٌ قَائِمٌ ، وَمَلَكٌ رَاكِعٌ ، أَوْ مَلَكٌ سَاجِدٌ ، فَإِذَا كَانَ يَوْمُ الْقِيَامَةِ قَالُوا جَمِيعًا : سُبْحَانَكَ مَا عَبَدْنَاكَ حَقَّ عِبَادَتِكَ ، إِلَّا أَنَّا لَمْ نُشْرِكْ بِكَ شَيْئًا " . رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْأَوْسَطِ ، وَفِيهِ عُرْوَةُ بْنُ مَرْوَانَ . قَالَ الدَّارَقُطْنِيُّ : لَيْسَ بِقَوِيٍّ فِي الْحَدِيثِ ، وَبَقِيَّةُ رِجَالِهِ رِجَالُ الصَّحِيحِ .
Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "In the seven heavens there is not the space of a foot, a span or a palm (that is empty; in every place) there is an angel standing, an angel bowing, or an angel prostrating. When the Day of Resurrection comes, they will all say: 'Glory be to You! We did not worship You as You deserve to be worshipped, except that we do not associate anyone with You as a partner.'"
Imam al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Awsat; its chain contains Urwah bin Marwan. Imam al-Daraqutni (may Allah have mercy on him) says: "He is not strong in hadith." The rest of its narrators are the narrators of the Sahih.

وَعَنْ عُتْبَةَ بْنِ عَبْدٍ قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - : " لَوْ أَنَّ رَجُلًا يَخِرُّ عَلَى وَجْهِهِ مِنْ يَوْمِ وُلِدَ إِلَى يَوْمِ يَمُوتُ هَرِمًا فِي مَرْضَاةِ اللَّهِ تَعَالَى لَحَقَرَهُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ " . رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ ، وَفِيهِ بَقِيَّةُ وَهُوَ مُدَلِّسٌ ، وَبَقِيَّةُ رِجَالِهِ ثِقَاتٌ . وَقَدْ تَقَدَّمَ هَذَا فِي كِتَابِ الْإِيمَانِ فِي حَقِّ اللَّهِ تَعَالَى عَلَى الْعِبَادِ .
Sayyiduna Utbah bin Abd (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "If a man were to fall on his face from the day he was born until the day he dies in old age, seeking the pleasure of Allah Almighty (perhaps meaning that he remained in prostration), on the Day of Resurrection he would consider even this deed insignificant."
