بَابُ التَّعَرُّضِ لِنَفَحَاتِ رَحْمَةِ اللَّهِ .

عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ مَسْلَمَةَ قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - : " إِنَّ لِرَبِّكُمْ فِي أَيَّامِ دَهْرِكُمْ نَفَحَاتٍ ، فَتَعَرَّضُوا لَهَا ; لَعَلَّ أَحَدَكُمْ أَنْ يُصِيبَهُ مِنْهَا نَفْحَةٌ لَا يَشْقَى بَعْدَهَا أَبَدًا " . رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْأَوْسَطِ وَالْكَبِيرِ بِنَحْوِهِ ، وَفِيهِ مَنْ لَمْ أَعْرِفْهُ ، وَمَنْ عَرَفْتُهُمْ وُثِّقُوا .
Sayyiduna Muhammad bin Maslamah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "At all times there are breezes of your Lord's mercy, so seek them out; perhaps one of you will be touched by one of these breezes, and he will never be wretched after it."
Al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Awsat, and something similar in al-Mu'jam al-Kabir; its chain contains a narrator whom I do not know, and those whom I know have been declared trustworthy.

وَعَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - : " افْعَلُوا الْخَيْرَ دَهْرَكُمْ ، وَتَعَرَّضُوا لِنَفَحَاتِ رَحْمَةِ اللَّهِ ، فَإِنَّ لِلَّهِ نَفَحَاتٍ مَنْ رَحِمَتِهِ ، يُصِيبُ بِهَا مَنْ يَشَاءُ مِنْ عِبَادِهِ ، وَسَلُوا اللَّهَ أَنْ يَسْتُرَ عَوْرَاتِكُمْ ، وَأَنْ يُؤَمِّنَ رَوْعَاتِكُمْ " . رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ ، وَإِسْنَادُهُ رِجَالُهُ رِجَالُ الصَّحِيحِ غَيْرَ عِيسَى بْنِ مُوسَى بْنِ إِيَاسِ بْنِ الْبُكَيْرِ ، وَهُوَ ثِقَةٌ .
Sayyiduna Anas bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Keep doing good always, and seek out the breezes of your Lord's mercy, for Allah Almighty grants the breezes of His mercy to whomever He wills of His servants. And supplicate to Allah Almighty that He conceal your hidden matters and keep you safe from your fears."
