بَابٌ فِيمَنْ قَطَعَ السِّدْرَ

عَنْ عَلِيٍّ - يَعْنِي ابْنَ أَبِي طَالِبٍ - قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - : " اخْرُجْ فَنَادِ فِي النَّاسِ : لَعَنَ اللَّهُ قَاطِعَ السِّدْرِ " . رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْأَوْسَطِ ، وَفِيهِ إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ الْخُوزِيُّ وَهُوَ مَتْرُوكٌ .
Sayyiduna Ali bin Abi Talib (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Go out and announce among the people that Allah Almighty has cursed the one who cuts down the lote tree."
Al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Awsat. Its chain contains a narrator, Ibrahim bin Yazid al-Khuzi, and he is matruk (abandoned).

وَعَنْ عَائِشَةَ قَالَتْ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - : " إِنَّ الَّذِينَ يَقْطَعُونَ السِّدْرَ ، يُصَبُّونَ فِي النَّارِ عَلَى وُجُوهِهِمْ صَبًّا " . رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْأَوْسَطِ ، وَرِجَالُهُ كُلُّهُمْ ثِقَاتٌ .
Sayyidah Aishah Siddiqah (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Indeed those who cut down lote trees will be cast into Hellfire on their faces."
