بَابٌ فِيمَنْ قَطَعَ السِّدْرَ

Majma al-Zawaid 13278 — One who cuts down a lote tree
وَعَنْ عَائِشَةَ قَالَتْ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - : " إِنَّ الَّذِينَ يَقْطَعُونَ السِّدْرَ ، يُصَبُّونَ فِي النَّارِ عَلَى وُجُوهِهِمْ صَبًّا " . رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْأَوْسَطِ ، وَرِجَالُهُ كُلُّهُمْ ثِقَاتٌ .
Sayyidah Aishah Siddiqah (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Indeed those who cut down lote trees will be cast into Hellfire on their faces."
Al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Awsat, and all its narrators are thiqat (trustworthy).
