Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) reports this saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him): "When one of you meets his brother repeatedly, he should greet him with salam (each time)."
Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Awsat. Its chain contains a narrator, Yahya bin Uqbah bin Abi al-Ayzar, who is kadhdhab (a liar).
