Surah al-Qamar, and the words of Allah the Exalted: "Indeed, We have created all things according to a measure"

Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Amr (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated: This verse was revealed only about the people of the Qadariyyah sect: "Indeed the criminals are in misguidance and madness. On the day they will be dragged into the Fire on their faces, (and it will be said:) 'Taste the touch of Saqar (Hell)!' Indeed, We have created everything according to a set measure."
Al-Bazzar recorded it. Its chain contains the narrator Yunus bin al-Harith, whom Yahya bin Ma'in and Ibn Hibban declared thiqah (trustworthy), and there is weakness in him; the remaining narrators of this narration are thiqat (trustworthy).

Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrated: This verse was revealed about the Qadariyyah sect (Allah Almighty says): "On the day they will be dragged into the Fire on their faces, (and it will be said:) 'Taste the touch of Saqar (Hell)!' Indeed, We have created everything according to a set measure."
Al-Tabarani recorded it; its chain contains the narrator Abd al-Wahhab bin Mujahid, who is da'if (weak).

Sayyiduna Zurarah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) (Allah Almighty says): "(It will be said:) 'Taste the touch of Saqar (Hell)!' Indeed, We have created everything according to a set measure." The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: This verse was revealed about some people of my Ummah who will come in later times and who will deny the decree (qadar) ordained by Allah Almighty.
Al-Tabarani recorded it; its chain contains a narrator whom I do not know.
