29 - 53 - سُورَةُ اقْتَرَبَتْ قَوْلُهُ تَعَالَى : إِنَّا كُلَّ شَيْءٍ خَلَقْنَاهُ بِقَدَرٍ .
Surah al-Qamar, and the words of Allah the Exalted: "Indeed, We have created all things according to a measure"

وَعَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ : نَزَلَتْ هَذِهِ الْآيَةُ فِي الْقَدَرِيَّةِ يَوْمَ يُسْحَبُونَ فِي النَّارِ عَلَى وُجُوهِهِمْ ذُوقُوا مَسَّ سَقَرَ إِنَّا كُلَّ شَيْءٍ خَلَقْنَاهُ بِقَدَرٍ . رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ ، وَفِيهِ عَبْدُ الْوَهَّابِ بْنُ مُجَاهِدٍ وَهُوَ ضَعِيفٌ .
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrated: This verse was revealed about the Qadariyyah sect (Allah Almighty says): "On the day they will be dragged into the Fire on their faces, (and it will be said:) 'Taste the touch of Saqar (Hell)!' Indeed, We have created everything according to a set measure."
Al-Tabarani recorded it; its chain contains the narrator Abd al-Wahhab bin Mujahid, who is da'if (weak).
