29 - 53 - سُورَةُ اقْتَرَبَتْ قَوْلُهُ تَعَالَى : إِنَّا كُلَّ شَيْءٍ خَلَقْنَاهُ بِقَدَرٍ .
Surah al-Qamar, and the words of Allah the Exalted: "Indeed, We have created all things according to a measure"

وَعَنْ زُرَارَةَ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - ذُوقُوا مَسَّ سَقَرَ إِنَّا كُلَّ شَيْءٍ خَلَقْنَاهُ بِقَدَرٍ قَالَ : " نَزَلَتْ فِي أُنَاسٍ مِنْ أُمَّتِي فِي آخِرِ الزَّمَانِ يُكَذِّبُونَ بِقَدَرِ اللَّهِ - عَزَّ وَجَلَّ " . رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ ، وَفِيهِ مَنْ لَمْ أَعْرِفْهُ .
Sayyiduna Zurarah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) (Allah Almighty says): "(It will be said:) 'Taste the touch of Saqar (Hell)!' Indeed, We have created everything according to a set measure." The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: This verse was revealed about some people of my Ummah who will come in later times and who will deny the decree (qadar) ordained by Allah Almighty.
