Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates: A man asked the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) about "Saba'": what is meant by it? Is it a man, or a woman, or a land? The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "No! Rather it is a man to whom ten sons were born. Six of them settled in Yemen and four of them settled in Syria. As for the Yemeni sons, they are: Madhhij, Kindah, al-Azd, the Ash'ariyyun, Anmar and Himyar - all of them Arabs. As for the Syrian sons, they are: Lakhm, Judham, Amilah and Ghassan."
Ahmad and al-Tabarani recorded it; its chain contains a narrator, Ibn Lahi'ah, in whom there is weakness. The remaining narrators of both are thiqat (trustworthy).

Sayyiduna Yazid bin Husayn al-Sulami (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: A man said: "O Messenger of Allah! What is meant by Saba'? Was it a Prophet, or is it a woman?" The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "It was a man from the Arabs." He asked: "How many children did he have?" The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "He had ten children, six of whom settled in Yemen and four settled in Syria. The names of those who remained in Yemen are: Kindah, Madhhij, al-Azd, the Ash'ariyyun, Anmar and Himyar; and the names of those who remained in Syria are: Lakhm, Judham, Amilah and Ghassan."
Al-Tabarani recorded it, and its narrators are the narrators of the Sahih, except al-Tabarani's teacher Ali bin al-Hasan bin Salih al-Sa'igh, whom I do not know.
