Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Qays (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: Once the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) led us in a prayer, then he said: "Stay seated in your places." Then he came to the men and said: "Indeed, Allah Almighty has commanded me to command you to fear Allah and to speak straightforward words." Then he went to the women and said to them: "Allah Almighty has commanded me to command you to fear Allah Almighty and to speak straightforward words."
Ahmad and al-Tabarani recorded it, except that he narrated these words regarding the women: He said: "Indeed, Allah Almighty has commanded me to command you women that you women fear Allah and that you women speak straightforward words." The chain of this narration contains a narrator, Layth bin Abi Sulaym, who is mudtarib al-hadith (inconsistent in his narrations). The remaining narrators of both narrations are the narrators of the Sahih.
