عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - : " نَزَلَتْ عَلَيَّ سُورَةُ الْأَنْعَامِ جُمْلَةً وَاحِدَةً ، يُشَيِّعُهَا سَبْعُونَ أَلْفَ مَلَكٍ ، لَهُمْ زَجَلٌ بِالتَّسْبِيحِ وَالتَّحْمِيدِ " . رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الصَّغِيرِ ، وَفِيهِ يُوسُفُ بْنُ عَطِيَّةَ الصَّفَّارُ وَهُوَ ضَعِيفٌ .
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Surah al-An'am was revealed to me all at once. Seventy thousand angels accompanied it, and the sound of (their) glorification and praise was resounding."
Al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Saghir. Its chain contains a narrator, Yusuf bin Atiyyah al-Saffar, and he is da'if (weak).

وَعَنْ أَنَسٍ قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - : " نَزَلَتْ سُورَةُ الْأَنْعَامِ وَمَعَهَا مَوْكِبٌ مِنَ الْمَلَائِكَةِ يَسُدُّ مَا بَيْنَ الْخَافِقَيْنِ ، لَهُمْ زَجَلٌ بِالتَّسْبِيحِ وَالتَّقْدِيسِ تَرْتَجُّ " ، وَرَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - يَقُولُ : " سُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ الْعَظِيمِ سُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ الْعَظِيمِ " . رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ عَنْ شَيْخِهِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُرْسٍ عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ أَبِي بَكْرٍ السَّالِمِيِّ ، وَلَمْ أَعْرِفْهَا ، وَبَقِيَّةُ رِجَالِهِ ثِقَاتٌ .
Sayyiduna Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Surah al-An'am was revealed, and with it was a procession of angels which filled the space between the earth and the sky; the sound of their glorification and sanctification was resounding." And the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) was saying: "Subhan Allah al-Azim, Subhan Allah al-Azim (Glory be to Allah, the Magnificent; glory be to Allah, the Magnificent)."
Al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Awsat from his teacher Muhammad bin Abdullah bin Urs, from Ahmad bin Muhammad bin Abi Bakr al-Salimi, and I do not know either of them; the rest of the narrators of this report are thiqat (trustworthy).

وَعَنْ أَسْمَاءَ بِنْتِ يَزِيدَ قَالَتْ : نَزَلَتْ سُورَةُ الْأَنْعَامِ عَلَى النَّبِيِّ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - جُمْلَةً وَاحِدَةً إِنْ كَادَتْ مِنْ ثِقَلِهَا لَتَكْسِرُ عَظْمَ النَّاقَةِ . رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ ، وَفِيهِ شَهْرُ بْنُ حَوْشَبٍ وَهُوَ ضَعِيفٌ وَقَدْ وُثِّقَ .
Sayyidah Asma bint Yazid (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates: Surah al-An'am was revealed to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) whole, all at once, and because of its weight the she-camel's bone was about to break.
