عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ خَالِدٍ الْجُهَنِيِّ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ النَّبِيَّ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - يَنْهَى عَنِ الْخِلْسَةِ وَالنُّهْبَةِ . رَوَاهُ أَحْمَدُ وَالطَّبَرَانِيُّ ،
Sayyiduna Zayd bin Khalid al-Juhani (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that he heard the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) forbidding snatching and plundering.
Ahmad and al-Tabarani recorded it.

وَفِي رِوَايَةٍ عِنْدَهُ : " وَالْمُثْلَةِ " بَدَلَ : " النُّهْبَةِ " . وَفِي إِسْنَادِهِ رَجُلٌ لَمْ يُسَمَّ .
In a version he recorded, the word "mutilating (muthlah)" is mentioned in place of "plundering". Its chain contains a narrator who is not named.
