Sayyiduna Abu Talhah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: We took part in a battle with the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), and I heard him say: "O Master of the Day of Judgement, You alone we worship and You alone we ask for help." (The narrator says: I saw the enemy's) men being struck down, with the angels striking them from in front and from behind.
Imam al-Tabarani recorded this narration in al-Mu'jam al-Awsat. Its chain contains a narrator, Abd al-Salam bin Hashim, and he is da'if (weak).

Sayyiduna Jabir bin Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: On the occasion of the Battle of Khaybar, the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) sent a man, and he lost his nerve. Sayyiduna Muhammad bin Maslamah (may Allah be pleased with him) came and said: "O Messenger of Allah, I have never seen a day like today; Muhammad bin Maslamah may be killed!" The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Do not wish to meet the enemy; ask Allah Almighty for well-being, for you do not know with what trial you will be tested through them. If you meet them, then say: O Allah, You are our Lord and their Lord, our forelocks and their forelocks are in Your hand, and it is only You who kills them. Then keep to the ground, sitting; and if they rush upon you, rise up and say the takbir (Allahu Akbar)." After this the narrator mentioned the complete hadith, which will come in full in the chapter on the Battle of Khaybar.
Imam al-Tabarani recorded this narration in al-Mu'jam al-Awsat. Its chain contains a narrator, Fudayl bin Abd al-Wahhab; Abu Zur'ah says: He is a righteous shaykh, while Imam al-Bukhari (may Allah have mercy on him) and others declared him da'if (weak). The remaining narrators of this narration are thiqat (trustworthy).
