بَابُ الْوَاصِلَةِ وَالْقَاشِرَةِ وَالْوَاشِمَةِ .

عَنْ مَعْقِلِ بْنِ يَسَارٍ أَنْ رَجُلًا مِنَ الْأَنْصَارِ تَزَوَّجَ امْرَأَةً سَقَطَ شَعْرُهَا ، فَسُئِلَ النَّبِيُّ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - [ عَنِ الْوِصَالِ ] " فَلَعَنَ الْوَاصِلَةَ وَالْمَوْصُولَةَ " .
رَوَاهُ أَحْمَدُ ، وَالطَّبَرَانِيُّ ، وَفِيهِ الْفَضْلُ بْنُ دَلْهَمٍ وَهُوَ ثِقَةٌ وَفِيهِ ضَعْفٌ ، وَبَقِيَّةُ رِجَالِ أَحْمَدَ رِجَالُ الصَّحِيحِ .
رَوَاهُ أَحْمَدُ ، وَالطَّبَرَانِيُّ ، وَفِيهِ الْفَضْلُ بْنُ دَلْهَمٍ وَهُوَ ثِقَةٌ وَفِيهِ ضَعْفٌ ، وَبَقِيَّةُ رِجَالِ أَحْمَدَ رِجَالُ الصَّحِيحِ .
Sayyiduna Ma'qil bin Yasar (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: A man from the Ansar married a woman whose hair had fallen out. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) was asked about attaching false hair, and he cursed the woman who attaches false hair and the woman who has it attached.
Ahmad and al-Tabarani recorded it. Its chain contains a narrator, al-Fadl bin Dalham, who is thiqah (trustworthy) though there is weakness in him; the narrators of Ahmad are the narrators of the Sahih.

وَعَنْ عَائِشَةَ قَالَتْ : كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - يَلْعَنُ الْقَاشِرَةَ وَالْمَقْشُورَةَ .

Sayyidah Aishah Siddiqah (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) used to curse the woman who applies a preparation to the face to lighten the complexion and the woman who has it applied.

وَعَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - خَرَجَ بِقُصَّةٍ ، فَقَالَ : " إِنَّ نِسَاءَ بَنِي إِسْرَائِيلَ كُنَّ يَجْعَلْنَ هَذَا فِي رُؤُوسِهِّنَ فَلُعِنَّ ، وَحُرِّمَ عَلَيْهِنَّ الْمَسَاجِدُ " .

Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) brought out a bunch of artificial hair and said: "The women of the Children of Israel used to put this on their heads, so they were cursed, and coming to the mosque was made unlawful for them."

(Allamah Haythami says:) I say: Imam Abu Dawud has recorded this narration from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both): "The woman who attaches false hair and the woman who has it attached have been cursed." In this narration there is no mention of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him).
