عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو قَالَ : نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - عَنِ الْجُمَّةِ لِلْحُرَّةِ وَالْقُصَّةِ لِلْأَمَةِ .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْكَبِيرِ وَالصَّغِيرِ ، وَرِجَالُ الصَّغِيرِ ثِقَاتٌ .

Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Amr (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade a free woman from leaving her hair loose over her shoulders, and a slave woman from wearing false hair (or a wig).
Al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Kabir and al-Mu'jam al-Saghir. The narrators of al-Mu'jam al-Saghir are thiqat (trustworthy).
