بَابُ أَصْدَقُ الطَّيْرِ الْفَأْلُ

عَنْ حَابِسٍ التَّمِيمِيِّ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ النَّبِيَّ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - يَقُولُ :
" لَا شَيْءَ فِي الْهَامِ ، وَالْعَيْنُ حَقٌّ ، وَأَصْدَقُ الطَّيْرِ الْفَأْلُ " .
قُلْتُ : رَوَاهُ التِّرْمِذِيُّ خَلَا قَوْلَهُ : " وَأَصْدَقُ الطَّيْرِ الْفَأْلُ " .
رَوَاهُ الْبَزَّارُ ، وَأَبُو يَعْلَى ، وَفِيهِ حَبَّةُ بْنُ حَابِسٍ لَمْ يَرْوِ عَنْهُ غَيْرُ يَحْيَى ، وَبَقِيَّةُ رِجَالِهِ ثِقَاتٌ .
" لَا شَيْءَ فِي الْهَامِ ، وَالْعَيْنُ حَقٌّ ، وَأَصْدَقُ الطَّيْرِ الْفَأْلُ " .

رَوَاهُ الْبَزَّارُ ، وَأَبُو يَعْلَى ، وَفِيهِ حَبَّةُ بْنُ حَابِسٍ لَمْ يَرْوِ عَنْهُ غَيْرُ يَحْيَى ، وَبَقِيَّةُ رِجَالِهِ ثِقَاتٌ .
Sayyiduna Habis al-Tamimi (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that he heard the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) say: "There is nothing in the ham, the evil eye is real, and the truest of omens is the good omen (fa'l)." (Allamah al-Haythami says:) I say:
Imam al-Tirmidhi recorded it, but he did not record these words: "The truest of omens is the good omen."
Imam al-Bazzar and Imam Abu Ya'la recorded it. Its chain contains Habbah bin Habis, from whom no one other than Yahya narrated. The rest of its narrators are thiqat (trustworthy).

وَعَنْ أَبِي أُمَامَةَ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - قَالَ :
